Usually in homes up to 2500sq ft. our customers are able to talk from anywhere in the house with just one centrally located speaker. For homes larger than 2500 sq. ft we can add a speaker or microphone.
To provide privacy to the family, our system allows customers to establish contact with the monitoring center by sending a signal from the home. With this the family can know that eavesdropping is impossible.
Once the alarm is activated, our operators can talk and listen to the customers until emergency help arrives.

We offer flexibility for home security alarm monitoring

• Landline – With a landline the monitoring system communicates to the monitoring facility through a telephone line. If the monitoring system determines that there is an emergency local authorities are contacted immediately.
• Broadband – Broadband is used with cell phones as the primary source, and a landline is usually not necessary or used. The master control panel of the security system is plugged in to the available port on your modem or router instead of using a telephone landline. Once the alarm is triggered the security system is reached through the broadband internet connection to the monitoring facility. If the monitoring facility determines that there is an emergency, the local authorities are contacted.
• Two-way voice – With two-way voice used as an intercom that connects the household directly to the monitoring facility through the telephone line. When the alarm is triggered, the monitoring facility can speak directly over the intercom to survey the situation.
