A single press of the “Emergency” button on the console or the pendant begins a two-way voice call with our central station. Just press the button and help is on the way!

What if I purchase the On Call Companion, and it just isn’t right for me?
Not a problem, you happiness is our main goal, if for any reason you don’t like your On Call Companion, just return it for a refund!**

What if there is a power outage in my neighborhood?
With the On Call Companion you are safe and secure. Each and every console that we sell comes with an installed backup battery, ensuring that no matter what the situation, you are safe.
How do the authorities get access to my house or apartment?
There are three, easy ways to make sure your home is accessible to the right people at the right times. Here is a list:
- Responsible Parties-These are your friends, family and sometimes neighbors that live close by and can be of assistance during an emergency. When our central station is notified of an emergency situation, the people you select will be notified and asked to respond. Simply make sure these people have a key and can let in Emergency Personnel.
- Lock Box-These are most commonly used by realtors when showing homes. This simple device is a combination lock-box that is securely attached to the door or doorframe. In the event of an emergency, responding persons would be given the combination in order to obtain access.
- The Old Fashioned Way-If there is no other way for Emergency Personnel to gain access to your residence, they will force open the door. This can cause some mild property damage, but your life is worth more that the price of a door.
