It is the governments responsibility to create safe and secure public environments. |
Government Security:
Government security includes the safety of employees and citizens. Also, the highest defense today is protecting the country’s most recognizable buildings. American citizens need special added security to help identity protection. As technology keeps advancing, so do criminals, which make this task even more challenging. Systems that integrate video surveillance access control and intrusion detection are essential to government business. The government is in charge of protecting the American citizens. One example of this protection is the government making sure we have a safe drinking supply of water. Water and wastewater utility infrastructure management must assure their governing boards, customers and the general public that their systems are safe. What better way to do this, than by installing security cameras! What else can the government use cameras for? Police and Fire Departments, Jail Cells and Prisons, Courthouse, City Parks, Water Treatment Facilities, City truck & equipment storage areas, Train Stations, Bus Stops, Airports, Transportation, Public Safety City Building, Homeland Security, City Swimming Pools, etc.
The government is on charge of our safety, so it is essential to keep security cameras in jails and prisons. Security guards can monitor different inmate cells at more than one given time. Cameras can also learn to become activated when someone walks by them. This advancement can help notify a guard if someone has either escaped, or is somewhere where they shouldn’t be.
