Returns TNC Solutions Inc. provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at (714) 887-8033 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. Any shipping charges accrued from the TNC Solutions Inc. are none refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• You MUST call Tech. Support at (714) 887-8033 M-F 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for RMA Number.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package
• You must include all packaging materials.
• Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number
• Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default. 
• You must pay any return shipping expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.
Warranty
For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, TNC Solutions Inc. may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund. Batteries and Transformers are not warranted. Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty
In the event that a product requires repair after one year from receipt of order, TNC Solutions Inc. will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.
